Piston is the most important part for the performance of Shock absorbers. Optimized molding, size accuracy and anti-abrasion PTFE banding process are important.

 

The sinter parts is powder metallurgy, it uses metal powder as raw material, through forming and sintering, manufacturing metal materials, composite materials and various types of products.

 

Powder metallurgy technology can be directly made into porous, semi-compact or full-compact materials and products, such as Shock absorber parts, Gears, Sintered bushing, Electric tools parts, Lock parts etc., which is a less cutting process.

 

To date, Xiayi's facilities allow to producing up to 2000 000 additional shock absorber parts per month; and if necessary, this number can be increased by acquiring new equipment. One of our advantages as a manufacturer of shock absorber components is price/quality ratio – we offer competitive prices and provide high quality in full accordance with customer’s drawings.


The quality of products supplied by Xiayi is ensured at every stage of production – from planning to packaging and delivery. Control is carried out at three levels: at factory in accordance with internal standards; by head office expert; by independent expert organizations, such as SGS, with appropriate certificate, by prior arrangement with client. This ensures stable product quality and customer’s confidence while cooperation with us.
