Piston is the most important part for the performance of Shock absorbers. Optimized molding, size accuracy and anti-abrasion PTFE banding process are important.

The sinter parts is powder metallurgy, it uses metal powder as raw material, through forming and sintering, manufacturing metal materials, composite materials and various types of products.

Powder metallurgy technology can be directly made into porous, semi-compact or full-compact materials and products, such as Shock absorber parts, Gears, Sintered bushing, Electric tools parts, Lock parts etc., which is a less cutting process.

To date, Xiayi's facilities allow to producing up to 2000 000 additional shock absorber parts per month; and if necessary, this number can be increased by acquiring new equipment.
