XIAYI, founded in 2006, was set up in a beautiful city Ningbo, which is closed to Ningbo seaport and airport. XIAYI is a specialized factory that is engaged in producing auto spare parts, designing and manufacturing electromechanical & machinery parts and related automatic equipment. XIAYI has a strong R&D team with full of creative spirit. XIAYI develop new products and new equipment every year and was awarded two patents of utility model and invention patents.
The products include shock absorber piston, rod guider, base valve, oil seal, piston rod, bracket, spring seat, valves, guide pipe, bearing bush, copper bush, guide ring, PTFE ring and gasket, in addition XIAYI design and manufacture automatic machine such as banding machine and groove cutting machine.
As a manufacturer, XIAYI insists on pursuing better quality on and on. We control the quality from raw material to assure the consistency from one batch. We have carried out an integrated production system which is based on quality focus. We refer to the rigorous four aspects ( material importing control→ production line control→ QC department control→ logistic department control ) and quality control system to make sure all the products are intact before delivery.

In 2009, we started to design and produce automatic banding machine to make shock pistons.
In 2011, we started to produce different kinds of parts such as guide ring, gasket.
In 2013, we set up automatic production line to produce tension pulley in diesel engine.
In 2015, annual capacity of shock pistons can reach 20,000,000 pcs.
In 2018, we started to help the customer to purchase all kinds of shock spare parts, including auto parts.
In 2020, our company got import & export license and we started to import and export more and more various parts such as stamping parts, hydraulic motor, hydraulic valve and so on.
