STEEL PLATE SELF-LUBRICATING BUSHING

It's made of high quality low-carbon steel plate, sintered porous bronze as its interlayer and the

compound of PTFE material and Pb as its surface. It can offer the properties of good self-lubricating anti-

abrasion, low-friction and fully develop the advantages of metal and multi-element polymer. It's used in

steel metallurgical industry, such as those used in roller grooves of successive casting machines, cement

grout pump and spiral conveyers for cement etc.

Application Feature:

1). Working under oilless or minim oil state, maintenance free or just need a litter maintenance

2). Resist Abrasion, low coefficient of friction long operation life.

Maintenance

It is a bushing with PTFE sliding layer. Lubrication is therefore not necessary, but basically possible.
