DYP series rotary reducer consists of hydraulic motor, planetary reducer, disc brake and various function distributor. It has advantages of small radial size, light weight and large torque. Output shaft can withstand large radial and axial external forces, high starting efficiency, superior low speed stability, high transmission efficiency, low noise, good economy and other characteristics.
So it is widely used in construction engineering, railway, highway, ship, petroleum, coal mine, metallurgy and other machinery. According to different needs, users can choose the brake and valve integrated with various functions of the distributor.
Selection instructions:
1. DYP series rotary reducer is allowed to work under high back pressure. In continuous operation, the back pressure is allowed to be 10Mpa;
2. The maximum allowable pressure of the housing is 0.3MPa. For special requirements, please contact.
3. Hydraulic oil: it is recommended to use high quality, anti-foam, anti-oxidation ore-based hydraulic oil, ideal oil temperature of 30℃-50℃, allow oil temperature of -20℃-80℃.
4. Hydraulic oil filtration accuracy is recommended to be 25 micron or higher.
5. The hydraulic transmission devices can rotate in both directions, please specify the specific direction when ordering.
