Specifications:

Material iron powder metallurgy
Density 6.2-6.8g/cm3
Hardness HRB60-80
Equipment auto mechanical Press, hydraulic press, automatic skirting machine
Sintering Six sinter furnaces, including one harden Sinter Furnace
Steam treatment 2 hours high temp steam holding time, thickness of Fe3O4: 0.004-0.005mm


Processing:

mixing powder→forming→sintering→sizing→after treatment→steam treatment→oil impregnant
