XIAYI produce different size of shock absorber pistons. These pistons can be used in different car or motorcycle shock absorbers.

 

Sinter pistons based, band PTFE rings on outside, can assure the good seal and wear resistance.

 

Processing for sinter pistons    

Mixing powder——Forming——Sintering——Sizing——After treatment——Steam treatment——Oil impregnant——Packing——Shipping

 

There are plenty of testing machines in our company.

Tensile testing machine which can test tensile strength & elongation @ break according to GB/T 1040.2/1B-2012

 

abrasion testing machine which can test friction coefficient & abrasion loss according to GB/T3960-1983(1989)

 

Density balance can test material density to assure the material quality and homogeneous distribution

 

Shore Hardness (D) tester

Rockwell hardness tester

Projecting machine

 

We also develop the testing machines by our team workers. For example: blow-off testing machine, fatigue testing machine and friction testing machine.
