Elongation @ Break ≥ 200% OEM PTFE Banded Piston Applied In Car Front Shock Absorber

 

 

A shock absorber includes a cylinder, a piston, a piston rod and other components.

 

The production cost of shock absorber piston using PTFE and filled with modified material could decrease

 

by 20%, attain the desired results of filling the modified material and greatly improve the service

 

performance of the piston.

 

Material to be used for motorcycle and automotive shock absorber piston ring must meet the working

 

mode requirement in order to realize long working life. Banding material used by XIAYI can meet this

 

requirement.

Other items that we can't test in our company, we will send standard block samples to Shanghai Plastics Research Institute, so that we can assure the consistency of the raw material.
