Density 2.14 PTFE ring gasket produced by automatic machine for seal components

PTFE that is PTFE, chemical structural formula is as follows, widely used as self-lubricating material with

low friction coefficient and good wear resistance.

Physical properties	smooth surface, waxy, ivory and opacity,average density is 2.2
Mechanical properties	tensile strength is 20.0~30.0MPa,elongation at break is 300%~400%,modulus of elasticity is 400 MPA, surface hardness is 55-70HS,friction coefficient between PTFE is 0.1-0.2
Chemical properties	can resist most strong corrosive material, no solvent can’t dissolve it under 300℃,strong weather ability, can store more than ten years
