glass fiber and Molybdenum disulphide filled PTFE banded shock pistons with low friction and low creep

 

physical properties:

 

percent Molybdenum disulphide: 7%

 

percent glass fiber: 5%

 

PTFE melting point: 327℃

 

Boiling point: 400℃

 

Decomposition TEMP: 620℃

 

Tensile elongation: 125%

 

Hardness: 59D

 

Material of sinter piston: Fe-C-Cu powder

 

Percent of C: 0.5%~0.8%
