XIAYI company mainly produce different kinds of shock absorber pistons, dimensions from 20MM～50MM,

 

can be used in motorcycle or car’s shock absorbers. Based on powder metallurgy material, banded filled

 

PTFE discs outside, has the advantages of low friction and good wear resistance. 

 

Dimension: D30.05XD8.02X10.5

 

Multiple-twin oil holes design,

 

No scratch & crack on banded surface

 

Net weight is 35.40g 

 

Density: powder metallurgy parts no less than 6.8g/cm3, filled PTFE material is 2.06-2.19 g/cm3 

 

Hardness: powder metallurgy parts is 65HRB

 

filled PTFE sample block(shore hardness) is 60

 

Steam treatment: 2H high temp steam holding time Thickness of Fe3O4: 0.004-0.005mm
