Description:
 

Xia Yi, found in 2006, after several years’ effort, we have achieved great success in the enterprise. We
 
increased our workshop this year and developed several new automatic machines which highly improve
 
work efficiency. We have a technical team to develop automatic machine and we improve our pressing
 
machine and other machines to lower the cost and improve efficiency.

 
XIAYI company is specialized in design and producing PTFE banded shock absorber pistons,at the same
 
time,we design and manufacture automatic skirting machines.
 
Till now we have produced so many different types of shock absorber pistons with the diameter from
 
ø20mm~ø50mm.We make PTFE discs and toolings in our own factory,can control the quality effectively
 
and also can save much time.

2.When temperature reach 100℃,expansion ratio ≤+/-1%
 
3.Using the testing ring,with the shock absorber oil,max frictional force is 15N
 
4.Piston can get through freely of the certain size of cylinder with 2N force   
 
5.PTFE tensile strength ≥18MPa,elongation @ break ≥200%  
 
6.Tight integration between piston and PTFE disc.PTFE won't fall off when working in the cylinder.
