This shock absorber strut top mount features an integrated structure with pre-welded fixing studs, constructed of electrophoretic black stamped steel base and vulcanized rubber with built-in bearing. Three positioning studs with blue anti-loosening glue are pre-welded on the housing, eliminating the trouble of matching separate bolts and enabling direct bolt-on installation. Integrating load bearing, vibration buffering and steering guiding functions, this part fits front shock assemblies of most passenger vehicles and targets auto aftermarket replacement market. It solves common troubles including missing bolts, stripped threads and installation misalignment of ordinary strut mounts. High-pressure integrated vulcanization tightly bonds rubber and steel plate to avoid peeling or cracking under continuous road vibration.
| Test Category | Detailed Technical Parameters |
|---|---|
| Base Steel Plate Material | Thickened SPHC cold-rolled steel, one-piece stamping without stress creases |
| Metal Anti-Corrosion Treatment | Full black electrophoretic coating, passes 500h neutral salt spray test |
| Pre-installed Fixing Studs | Class 4.8 carbon steel threaded posts with weather-proof blue thread locker on tips |
| Buffer Rubber Material | Oil-resistant modified EPDM rubber compound |
| Standard Rubber Hardness | 63±4HA, balances load support and vibration damping performance |
| Built-In Accessory | Sealed dust-proof rolling bearing pre-filled with long-life lubricant grease |
| Vulcanization Molding Method | High-pressure vacuum compression vulcanization for seamless metal-rubber bonding |
| Stable Operating Temperature | -42℃ ~ 125℃, consistent elasticity under extreme hot and cold conditions |
| Durability Test Standard | No collapse or rubber cracks after 120,000 cyclic compression impact tests |
Designed for front strut top mounts of compact sedans, midsize family cars and urban SUVs. Suitable for paved city roads, rural gravel lanes, muddy wet roads and winter salt-treated road surfaces.
Manufactured under IATF16949 automotive component quality management system. Every batch undergoes six mandatory inspections: full dimensional measurement of base hole spacing, stud welding tensile test, rubber-metal peel strength test, salt spray corrosion durability test, high-low temperature cycling aging test and cyclic steering fatigue test. Complete test records are archived to support cross-border auto aftermarket global supply.
