Product Description

This shock absorber strut mount is an integrated stamped steel-rubber composite part with wavy irregular base and four pre-welded fixing studs. Different from standard triangular or rhombus 3-hole mounts, four symmetric studs and widened wavy outer base expand vehicle contact bearing area, matched with central concave bowl-shaped vulcanized rubber buffer cavity, bearing-free design. The whole part is integrally stamped from thick cold-rolled steel with glossy black electrophoretic anti-corrosion coating. Modified weather-resistant EPDM rubber is tightly locked with steel plate via high-pressure vacuum vulcanization. Four pre-welded carbon steel studs are fixed during production, no extra matching bolts needed for repair installation to greatly boost workshop assembly efficiency. It fits front shock assemblies of multiple European & Japanese midsize sedans and urban SUVs, solving typical aftermarket faults including chassis bump noise, collapsed suspension support, missing/stripped original bolts and aged rusted steel shells.
